For the dirty framing I used a brush from here: qbrushes.com/grunge/high-resolution-photoshop-dirt-brushes/ and some lightning effects in PS.
The texture of the background comes from the cloudy sky and from using different PS filters ;o)
Was just a play with PS, but not exactly what I wanted to create. But it's ok, I think :o)
