      it's very similar!!! but I never sow it before... The color and the model are very nice! from Finland ...maybe it's a prototype. You're very lucky!

      I havent seen it either! It must be very late 70s or then early 80s, but havent seen simialr anywhere. You set has been the closest and because its European, it might be of the same series as mine..Material of mine isnt so "stripy" but otherwise the silver piping etc is very similar style! I have no idea what came with the dress, I just got the dress (heels are repro Mattel).

      Doll is reproduction AG rerooted and repainted by Lolaxs. Needless to say, I want more of her OOAKs!

      this is a rare exemple of dressed superstar doll made in Spain By Congost in early '80. She wears the same outfit of my pics and she's really really HTF but lovely. Please note that the texure of those outfits is DIFFERENT!!! :)

      thank you Ada, lovely pics but the dress you linked me was made after this outfit. The model is almost the same :) but color (I think) are different.

      im almost sure your picture dress is a variation of a late 70's early 80's dress i used to have as a kid, in a dusky dark pink!

      Finally I found your european dress!!!! It is made by mattel as per our idea and it was used on 1984 for one of many exclusive version of European/Canadian fashion play Barbie. You can find a picture of the doll with your dress nrfb on the last version of Stefanie Deutsch/Bettina Dorfmann 's book, "barbie the first 30 years - 1959 trought 1989 and beyond identification and guide" third edition, on page 89!!!
