Mel on Computer Withdrawl

    Having spent the entire day computer free (due to the migration of stuff from her old G5 iMac to her brand new Mac Mini), Melissa burns the midnight oil to make up for it.

    NEX-7 + Zuiko OM 135 mm f/2.8 @ f/5.6, ISO 6400
    RAW, converted to B&W in LR, border added at export (via LR/Mogrify 2)

      Carlos, how did you develop the RAW file, Lightroom?
      I am getting my NEX-7 next week and hope to find a RAW converter :(

      Lightroom 3.6 (current version)
      Capture One 6.3.2 (current version)

      both support NEX-7 RAW files. Aperture on the Mac is forthcoming (I expect it any day now).

      One thing I love about the NEX-7 is the ability to make exposure compensation adjustments and see the effect before you take the shot. This shot had -2 EV dialed in to get the 'illuminated by the screen" look.
