These are tiny ice crystals on the tree branches that were so, so pretty in the brilliant sun. I wasn't able to do them justice with my camera, but it made for some lovely bokeh all the same. Mucho better on black, please!

Christmas really snuck up on me this year-it has been a CRAZY few months, and I haven't had time to upload anything here for a while. I've missed you, Flickr.
This is kind of a rehash of my Christmas photo from last year, but with one of our favourite ornaments. She plays a harp version 'Joy to the World' and it makes me happy to see her every year, like an old friend.
