      This is a lovely picturesque shot from surprise view. Even though you caught a bit of snow on the tops I bet it was not as cold as Kaprun!!

      Graham.....I wore the same amount of clothing on both occaisions...British cold seems colder than Austrian cold, don't ask me why tho'!

      I am not too sure what the "Surprise Element" is - as what would be a surprise is if You posted a "Bad" shot !!!
      + I also like the lighting on the Mountaintops - but also on the water.
      = The answer to the Cold Question is very simple Dry Air in Austria - Damp Air in the British Isles - Moist air always feels colder in a cool Climate and Warmer in a Warm Climate.
