My layer from Playing With Brushes

We found this little guy over the summer and put him in our snail tank. He turned into a smallish moth which we let go (before getting a photo). I believe it is an Eastern Tent caterpillar

This is Carl. I found him at the Munson Heritage Festival. Obviously, he stood out in his Hawaiian shirt and doll. After a second of thought, Mr. Misner was happy for me share his photo for the project. He was as jovial as he looks, and even played the doll for me (it talks). The doll was a Christmas gift to his 4 year old granddaughter. I didn't talk to his wife - she was walking around a booth, but kept looking curiously over at us. Mr. Misner seems like a really nice guy, just like a grandpa should be. I'm sure his granddaughter enjoyed the doll. :) I'm finding that after I explain to my perspective subject the project and that I'm learning to approach strangers and get to know new people, most people seem to go the extra mile to make ME comfortable.
