No story here--just by popular demand (which is to say, one of my female friends kept after me about it) I decided to try a smaller, more natural bosom. And, she had to be doing something, couldn't just be standing there, and I already had the Winchester from a cowboy cartoon that never got done, and figured it wouldn't take long to draw a couple of more guns. And somewhere along the way my poor taste and penchant for trite humor--which never fail me in the clench--suggested the 2nd Amendment amusement of the sampler on the wall.

Trouble is, GORDO-8, there seems to be a lot more nuts around these days. The political climate seems more poisonous than at any time since the last decade or so before the Civil War. And, unlike computers and cars and cell phones and other gadgets, like my coffee maker that knows to turn itself off when I leave for work and forget to, guns have never been modernized that way and still force us to do all the thinking, something at which way too many people are woefully out of practice. Knowing how prone even trained soldiers and police officers working in concert are to having "friendly fire" incidents in a moment of crisis when everything is going to hell, I suspect the casualty rates would be even higher with well-meaning but disorganized civilians busting caps in a panic situation. One thing we are in total agreement on, though: I'm still a big fan of Zeppelin races myself ;o)

that is quite a generalization about the political climate, not to mention firearm use.
