Hooping
A friend on a mothering board I frequent has turned me on to hooping. It started fairly innocently and has now grown into an obsession of sorts. Easily the funnest "sport" I've been a part of in a long time. Plus! Fun for the whole family!
My mom came over the other night and we made some for her and my Dad, as well as a few more "trick" hoops for myself. At this point, everyone in my immediate family that lives within a thirty minute drive of me has a hoop. :D

There's a great parent at my school who comes and does it with the kids during recess -- she taught me how to do it despite me thinking I wouldn't be able to and now I'd love to have my own. How do you make them????

I am so Excited to see this! I've followed you on here for a while, and somehow missed this. I started hooping about the same time, isn't that crazy! do you still hoop?
