Day 78 Ultrasound at 12 Weeks

    I had an precautionary fetal scan. I had no idea it was going to be this detailed. It was really detailed and really long. Had I known, I would have had hubby with me. I brought him to the last doctor's appointment and it was boring. This one when on for about an hour and included a blood test, a CD and a DVD. I wish hubby was there. They even gave a guestimate on the sex. (I'm only 12 weeks, we will know better at 18 weeks.) I'm going to wrap that photo up and stick it in one of hubby's Christmas presents. He's dying to know. I love to deliver surprises, but can I hold out 2 weeks to tell him?!?!?

      Thanks Joe. It wasn't very planned. It was a case of, "oh you guys have a monitor up there for this? Let me get my camera outta my purse."
