chocolate croissant
home-baked chocolate croissant (1st try), which turned out to be very flakey and delicious!
w/ bread flour (100g), cake flour (50g), milk (15cc), water (60cc), sugar (15g), salt (3g), egg (10g), unsalted butter (7g + 70g for inside layers), dry yeast (2.5g), semi sweet chocolate (30g) for 8 small croissants.
