Dark Chocolate Mousse (w/ Rum Flavored Whipped Cream)

With François Payard's Chocolate Mousse recipe. I increased bittersweet chocolate ratio a little bit (from 2 oz to 2.6 oz). Normally I don't like chocolate desserts so much, but this chocolate mousse is so good that I almost feel like crying.
