Ronald Reagan

Ronald Reagan campaigning in the Central Coast area in the 1960's. Some photos were made at what looks like the Motel Inn. Others were shot in 1966 at the San Luis Obispo airport.

    I miss this man. He, John Wayne and my husband are my personal hero's. I lived in California when he was Governor. A very very good man!

    I was stationed aboard The USS CONSTELLATION CV-64 homeported at NAS North Island, Coronado, California when he became President Reagan....he was the 1st Candidate I ever voted for President I was 19.

    And ya i loved John Wayne too safe to say your husband is a hero of mine too just because !

    I remember this time well. Governor Pat Brown had made my father's life miserable, so my dad was very pleased and excited when Ronald Reagan ran for Governor.
