Thanks, everyone. This was such a fun shot to take. The restaurant used to be just a very ordinary Italian place. Nothing spectacular. Then the chef/owner pictured here went to Italy to cooking school. He came back with TALENT. He creates some amazing dishes. I sat and watched him work all through dinner, then I couldn't stand it anymore and asked if I could take some pictures of him at work. Turns out he's a total ham and loved being the center of attention.
