Prev. Roaster, Metal Colander
While I am having my rotisserie spit fitted for my new 60RPM motor, I went back to roasting the old fashioned way, with my converted Whirlypop popcorn popper. Notice the thermometer that monitors the bean temperature. To the right is one of my metal cooling colanders. When making larger batches, it sits above a box fan to cool.
