love the angle on this! it seems to emphasize your disappoint about the snow. come on over for tea anytime! although probably not today seeing as the city of atlanta is under a complete sheet of ice and things are barely running. maybe tomorrow....i'll have it nice and warm for you!

i never underestimate lying on floors. sometimes the view IS much better. i like how you angled the window frame!
the snow seems to be getting stuck over nashville on it's way up to you. it's still snowing/flurrying here. you can have it all, as far as i'm concerned :p i only like snow for the first day. good thing i'm moving north, right?

I thought for sure you took this laying in bed....love the way your trees look outside and the details you get are wonderful-I wish we had snow but none for my area-just rain and fog...I'm excited to see your daily post..

I love your view from the kitchen floor (LOL!) ... that tree is a vision ... the textured bokeh of it and for someone who doesn't know the technical junk ... you sure have a most impressive Photostream!! Love the angle of this shot. Just learned something new the other day. One of my contacts commented on a photo of mine: "Nice Dutch Angle!" HUH? Googled it and found out that any image (originated with cinema) shot on an angle. There's a name for everything isn't there? So, Sam: "Nice Dutch Angle!" :D

I know where it is! It's here in Toronto! We got a good drop last night. I love the angle and low POV on this shot Sam. Helloooooo....where are you?
Rivendell♥Photography 30 months ago | reply
Lovely POV! I don't often take pictures whilst lying on the floor.....I always get distracted by the fact that I can now see how badly I need to vacuum! Ooooo....Dutch Angle..I like that Trina!
And not only the angle but the light and the lovely snowless tree...sigh. I'm so glad the storm passed by...you had enough snow last year to last forever LOL!
And.......Day 3 of no mail service. You are right that is inexcusable. I was all over town today and I find it ridiculous that they couldn't deliver mail. The roads are still dicey but much better today and tomorrow will be even better.....so that Friday I can get on that plane!
