Box oven - Yoshida's Chicken in December
Here is my single reflector box oven cooking some chicken in Yoshida's sauce. No marinating, I put it in frozen and it has been on for about 2.5 hours. It is cooked now, but I am going to leave it in for another hour or so, as it really helps the marinade sauce to do its thing.
