Solar Oven - Thanksgiving Dinner
We were gifted with a perfectly sunny day, so I had to change plans and go solar.
In order to get the turkey to fit in the oven, I cut it into tradition chicken portions of legs, wings etc., but I left the breast intact, removing only the skin as it won't get crunchy in a slow cooker.
Temp is steady at 225F.
The other items will go in later.
