Shela: A godsend.
My sweet pal Shela who has been staying with me since summer while her dad recovers. She has been a big help in getting me through these dark days since Indy passed. Hard to believe it's only two weeks yesterday since Indy had to be put to sleep, it seems an eternity. I'm very fond of Shela and the house isn't empty with her. Last nights winds meant for a sleepless night as she is very nervous of the noise and wouldn't settle but apart from that she is easy to look after. She's ten years old, a collie, lab, lurcher cross.

Now I'm not so familar with the 'lurchers'..but they seem quite intelligent from what I have heard? At any rate, I am sure she is a glad for your company as you for hers. Indy left some very big paws to fill...still appreciative of all your photos of him

Mike- get Shela a thunder vest, you can google it. They work for dogs who are afraid of noises, lightning, thunder, fireworks, etc. Even for car sickness in some cases.
