Heston's Scotch Eggs
My attempt at Heston's scotch eggs..... I have burnt fingers, a pan full of burnt bits, beaten egg and flour everywhere, more breadcrumbs than I will ever use, several fewer bags of ice than I had two hours ago, no kitchen roll left, egg shells filling the sink and hot oil all over the hob..........but it was still the best scotch eggs I've ever had.
