Ladder for Booker
I took this photo when visiting an exhibition at NYC's MoMa. It is a suspended wooden ladder created by American artist Martin Puryear. Very interesting!

103rd St Lady
I ran into this old lady at the 103rd St NYC subway station, back in the winter of 2005. We chat for over 40 minutes while she was waiting for her grand-daughter, who was coming from Queens, so that they would go together to downtown Manhattan.
When I asked her if I could have her her picture taken, she told me:
- "Why would you do that? Don't waste your shot on me!"
Well, I guess she was wrong.
