How bizarre...I just installed Windows 7 two days ago, and a photo of this building was one of the stock wallpapers. I was wondering what this building was, and now, thanks to this photo, and to me just sitting lazily at my computer, I now know. ;-)

The contours on this building do make it worthwhile taking photographs.
Birmingham is my home town and since they have finished the canals
it is a City worth exploring with some very distinguished buildings.
I cannot make up my mind whether I like the building or not but it is an
original design.
