Born 3 July 1912 at Featherstone, Yorkshire, died 8th April 1942 aged 29. He leaves a widow and a daughter, Elizabeth Jill. born 1938. died 8 December 2017. Her ashes were spread on her father grave prior to 13th September 2018, now they are reunited. At rest in Pembroke Military Cemetery, Malta. P6/R5/G11
