I helped making this video for a dear friend of mine, Manjari Sharma who is an immensely talented and prolific photographer in New York City.

Darshan aims to photographically recreate the images of nine Hindu Gods and Goddesses in an attempt to showcase the ability of a photograph to evoke a strong spiritual response. The project is stretching the boundaries of photography and highlighting the heritage and artifacts from one of the oldest religions in the world.

I've been playing around to make stuff to pamper my body and I thought to make lavender sugar hand scrub for my friends (3 birthdays in one week), economic and fun to make :)

A nice soothing Sunday afternoon after a hot day. Yankees - Rays: 9-5. Sweet ending to a weekend.

The weather channel once again was wrong, no storm, no thunder. The salon cancelled my appointment because the hairdresser need to go home- afraid of getting stuck in the thunderstorm. Hello, you live in new York and this salon is trying to get new customers, is that the treatment? Hmm... So I tried to make peace with the cleared up sky in new York, and a little touch of sunset was given at my station :)
