Australian Tiger (Ictinogomphus australis)

Australian Tiger at Marlow Lagoon, near Darwin. This is a male as it has two dark flaps under the tail of its abdomen. They are medium to large in size, measuring around 75-85 mm in length and overall wingspan around 90-100 mm. Their usual distribution is across the northern part and down the east coast of Australia.
