Frozen

    Newer Older

The world spins so fast and I'm amazed by all the phenomenal attempts, through abstract vision, to freeze it. I suppose my intent here is to depict the isolation often experienced while trying to capture that spinning world through static images. Here I have taken a shot of the Badlands Salt Flats and deliberately blurred the background while isolating the photographers on the plain. I rather like the simplicity. If you look closely, you'll see four sets of photographers. Some of my images lately are designed to work as 1080p HDTV background screens so feel free to download the 1920x1080 version and use them as you wish. Hope life is well for all and thanks for all your wonderful comments and encouragement.

Really neat effect. If you look closely in the largest size, there might actually be 5 groups of photographers in the shot.
