The side elevation of the Clapham Majestic - later Gaumont - now used as a nightclub. It had 1,556 seats and closed as a cinema in 1960 after 46 years use. The architect was J Stanley Beard.

I worked there as a trainee projectionist in 1958. Clapham it is!
