So lovely! Beautiful color choices and love
the flowery background fabric you chose! I
just started a cathedral window quilt but I
used unbleached muslin for the background.
Yours is so stunning!
this is gorgeous! i finally found the pattern
i want to use to make a quilt of my papa's
clothes. he passed away last september. i'll
be making it for my mammaw for the
anniversary coming up this september. i'm
going to make a wall hanging for me too.

Thanks for all of the great comments! I'm
going to put together a tutorial soon.
kandkrose has posted a tutorial above that
looks really well done - thanks kandkrose. I
think I'll still put one together because the
process that I used is a lot different. Off
to sew!
This is absolutely gorgeous - and it's your
first Cathedral Window! My gosh! I'm going to
have to give this a try. I just love the soft
prettiness of it. I look forward to checking
out your tutorial as well as kandkrose's.
I'm an admin for a group called My Traditional Quilts, and we'd love to have this added to the
group!
This was so fun to stumble upon! I made one
of these quilts once for about 5 years. It
was queen size -- and by the time the quilt
was done, the colors looked dated. LOL!!!
Yours just looks charming!
