      The black beard isn't available in any set, but it seems to be a genuine part -- identical mold marks, identical plastic quality, etc. They've shown up on Bricklink from various European sellers (who seem to have gotten them from Legoland or something). I got mine in a trade with someone on Classic-Castle.com.
