Amish telephone booth

    Looks like an outhouse, but the tour guide said it was a telephone booth. It was across from a Noodle store. Most Amish won't have a phone in their home, but they will use one like this or get a non- Amish friend to make the call for them. I guess the wire is buried. Photo from 2005
