I got the fabric locally at Fabric Depot, but it's called Frolic by Wendy Slotboom from In The Beginning Fabrics.

I think you need to give Rawls some sewing lessons! I'll have to pick out his fabric though because he'd probably prefer a pattern with robots on it. His time is running short though since he'll be back to teaching in the fall. : (
