I posted these photos originally in
December, of 2007. You can view them in

1941'. However, they are the same photos
with the same descriptions & notes
as I have in this current Set. Since
then, I have had a lot of interest shown
in them so I decided to post them again
to my photostream on the 68th
anniversary of the attack on Pearl
Harbor, December 7th, 1941.
I have given a brief description under each photo as well as added notes to each of them, explaining many of the things you see in these photos. I hope you will enjoy looking at the 18 photos in this 'December 7th, 1941, Pearl Harbor Attack Photos' Set.

The 18 photos in this set were taken on Sunday, December 7th, 1941, during & after the Japanese attack on the American Fleet at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
I was sent these photos in August of 2006, by a cousin of mine. He informed me that he had obtained them from a friend who had gotten them from a former shipmate of his in the navy. I'm not sure if that shipmate had been the the one who had taken these photos or had been given them by the actual photographer or another person who had been at Pearl Harbor on December 7th, 1941.
I was told by my cousin that, to the best of his knowledge, none of these 18 photos had ever been published before. I, myself, have never seen them anywhere else before receiving them..
