this is so much different than a lot of the photographs i see (and take) in urban areas. i wonder how many people understand what it takes to "go offroad" and capture such beautiful winter scenes like this. or maybe you are standing on a well groomed trail. doesn't really matter. does a tree really make a noise when it falls in the forest and no one is around?
i grew up in montana but rarely get a chance to experience this anymore, except vicariously. thanks for sharing.
