£1,000 to hire a gang of builders, and all I got was this lousy transverse Aeolian vibraphone.
I dunked a waterproof camera, not myself, into the River Soar. Well, let that be a lesson to you. We drink that stuff!
This won't earn me a National Geographic gig, but I was glad I was able to follow the bird taking off at all.

Promise I won't litter the Internet with cat photos. This one made itself scarce as soon as I moved my hand to take the photo. Was it a rescue animal?

Strange the stuff you carry around with you, isn't it. You could do the same by emptying your pockets or bag right now on to your scanner glass.

One that got left behind at the mender's, and dates from about October. If I remember rightly, this was near to Belgrave Hall in Leicester.
