One-eyed dog pillow

    This was the year for gifting pillowcases, apparently.

    I sewed this pillowcase on Christmas Eve for my little sister. When we lived with them for 5 months last year, our little dog, Petey, slept in her bed every night. She's really been missing him, so I made a little stuffed Petey pillow to stuff into the pocket I added. Inspired by this pillowcase on Elsie Marley.

    This was my first time using printer fabric since we haven't had a printer for probably 6 years. It was really fun, and I hope to learn how to get better printer colors next time. The pillow is backed with this Heather Ross fabric I thrifted last summer.
