New thrifted picture

    It was sitting in the thrifty cart and the thrifty man was about to price it. Naturally, I felt like I had to buy it. Kind of a fancy frame for my house and I'm wondering if it's original because the paper backing is not on the back of the picture. Still, I think it's pretty. Not quite sure where I'm gonna hang it., so it's on the floor for now.
