This is the seascape I knit to hold the little toys I'm sending to my
older niece. Island, mermaid and boat are all from the Teeny-Tiny
Mochimochi book (and are removable to play with).
The waves I adapted from easy scallops in the Big Book of Knitting
Stitch Patterns.
The sun, colorwork and crocheted cloud were all improvised by me.
When I finished knitting, I secured into a picture frame with a little
hot glue under the edges.
