May is one of the best massage therapists in Tucson.
Yoga stretches for hikers - basic and simple but it feels great.
Just for fun we are doing synchronized yoga poses.
One of our trails we hike in the Tucson Mountain Park.
This is saguaro fruit has been eaten from - it's a little early but it is still tasty.
