The stand is made using craft boxes (or you can use styrofoam forms). Each layer is wrapped in vintage paper that resembles an eyelet pattern, which is carried out throughout the table. You can use rounds or rectangular boxes, or even a combination of both just like a real cake. Mini cupcakes work best, otherwise the stand will have to be too big to look like a traditional cake.
