      amazing!! what are the little red balls you used for salmon eggs and what is the stuff that looks like salmon..is it dried apricots or something?

      The salmon is dried mango dusted with lines of powdered sugar and the eggs are red-hots or halves of cherry jelly belly candies

      I love it! my daughter loves sweets but detests sushi! it's her birthday coming up, and think i will surprise her with "sushi" I can just imagine her face!
