    Notes: When it comes to searing a scallop, no restaurant kitchen does it better than EMP's. The scallop, sweet and luscious, sat atop that seriously delicious red pepper nage containing sweet corn kernels, small white beans, and a dotting of green limas. A fantastic dish!
