Couldn't be more perfect! I think I'm learning from you. I'm going to try to keep it more simple and not get so worked up about the whole scene. It seems like the simple photos are the ones that speek the most to me. This is truly as beautiful as it gets!

Wonderful light and tones, the light is strong and alive and the mood is positive and warm. The human subject is beautiful by itself, with great details and contrasts but this picture enanches its beautiness...I love to see such picture in the morning! Thanks for sharing!

Yep, that *beautiful* smile says "fun!".
And the DoF, pose+angle, the tones in your bw conversion: just perfect!
Grainy? I haven't noticed. And imo the 5DII isn't exactly the best wrt to high ISO - at least not w/o its noise reduction software enabled. If that's what you want, you could also try NoiseNinja (or one of its competitors) on your 350D's files.
