Remembering 9/11

Remembering 9/11

This morning at around 4:30 a.m., the Young Conservatives of Texas, UT Austin chapter, began placing 3,000 small U.S. flags on the south mall of the University of Texas campus to commemorate the events of 9/11. They did it before dawn, so that the sunrise could greet these little reminders and so that when students began arriving, they would be greeted by this moving tribute. Well done, YCT!

Texas Spring

Texas Spring

Sun spills through the clouds onto a pasture near the ranching community of Industry, Texas. About 60 miles northwest of Houston, and 90 miles southeast of Austin.
