Took this picture while we were trying to get an application photo (ist das richtig für "bewerbungsfoto"?) There was a mirror on the left side for her to look at, because we didnt have a stylist and i don´t know anything about makeup or hair styling ;-)

Some post processing, i did it a while ago so i don´t know exactly what i did.
major corrections are: my favourite b/w-adjustment-layer-over-background-set-blending-mode-to-soft-light step for nice contrast, some dodging and burning, some sharpening, and playing around with curves and brightness for the soft tone.
Too clean?

50mm 1.8 f9 1/100s ISO200
small softbox w/ sb-25 @ 1/2 from above just outside frame,
sb-24 @ 1/16 zoomed in and aimed at background.
post processing: dublicated, blending mode soft light,
lightened up reds and yellows for brighter skin tone, done!
