    Light rainfall just as it got dark

    Sparkles. Can see many droplets suspended between blades of grass. Has to be some kind of invisible web suspending the drops in thin air.

      Ok this morning I found this stuff ALL OVER the mulch (dry straw) at the organic farm where I work. I would've taken pictures but I had to work. It was very very fine, exactly like this stuff, and all over the place..no question that it could've been spiders or anything of the like...you just gotta see it and it's clearly, clearly not that! these little fibers were just everywhere, coating everything, not even usually in web formations, though where conditions were right they formed webs...it was as if a huge mass of this fiber coating was applied to the ground...just like in your case, this happened after a huge rainfall last night...and the only reason I spotted this stuff was because it was suspending the dew drops...the stuff is way too fine to handle or see on its own...again, further proof its not something simple and obvious like spider webs...Here is my question, do you have any leads on what the hell this is? I don't want to go back to work, I had to handle this crap for a couple hours this morning while weeding the crop beds. Any ideas man!? Thanks for the pics.
