Red Solo Cups Spelling out Message on Highway Overpass - I-55 in Arnold, MO_DSCN1751

    The whole thing said something like "KELSEA TOVO IO", I guess that is someone's name...it didn't make much sense to me.

      I guess the two right lanes would be exit lanes for MO-141. They did just recently widen this highway a few years back to accomodate the suburban sprawl south from St. Louis.
