Pingorote de la zorra IV

El apelativo "de la zorra"se debe a que entre las múltiples formaciones creadas por la erosión del agua, hay abundantes agujeros que servían (y sirven) de madriguera a las zorras para criar. Y "pingorote" no es más que una porción saliente y puntiaguda de algo, en este caso la parte más alta del cabezo. Así pues ahí tenemos el "pingorote de la zorra" :)

The appellation "the vixen" is because among the many formations created by water erosion, there are plenty of holes that served (and serve) of the vixens burrow to breed. And "pingorote" is a projecting portion and pointed to something, in this case the top of the hillock. So there we have the "pingorote of the vixen" :)

No tenía muy claro cómo llegar y hubo que preguntar. Una amable vecina de Villaroya de la Sierra nos indicó el camino que había que seguir para llegara a este cerro (el Pingorote), a cuyos pies la erosion crea curiosas formaciones.
