The symbolism used in the candy cane is its shape. Turned one way, it looks like a "J" for Jesus. Turned the other way, it reminds us of the shepherd's staff. Put two candy canes facing each other, they give you a heart, a symbol of love. Jesus is love. Have a wonderful and blessed Christmas, everybody!
