Highway One Adventure

Highway One Adventure

This weekend my buddy Matt and I rented a car and drove up the California coast to Big Sur & Monterey. The drive is incredible. The Bixby Creek Bridge is probably one of the more famous destinations along the coastal stretch so we made sure to make a stop for some photos on our way north. More pics from the trip coming soon!

Winter Session - Matty Long

Winter Session - Matty Long

Went out riding around Boston today with Matty. Weather was a bit chilly and the wind was nuts (50mph gusts!) but we were able to get some snaps in. Brought the 35mm camera out too, hoping to scan the negatives tomorrow!

The past couple weeks have been full of firsts as I begin my adventures with medium format. My buddy Alex stopped by Boston after a trip to NYC this past weekend so we shot around the city and I finished my first roll of color. Viewing through the waste-level finder is still a trick and focusing, especially wide open, has been more guess work than precision, but I'm loving the slower process and excited to learn the new camera!
