      looks to be a species of Nephila. Their webs are really string, though I doubt the bird was caught and killed by the spider. More likely fell (or was placed) in the nest, and the spider is scavenging or, more likely, removing it from its web.

      *though, looking at it further on the web, it looks like it may be real, though rare, since the bird pictured is tinier than it looks. Certainly not the USUAL prey of nephila**
