Flu shot | [Day 37/365]

    We went to the College of Public Health today for free flu shots. The nursing and med students were administering them. The guy who stuck me was awesome. Probably one of the most painless flu shots ever. I thanked him and told him he did a great job. Gotta support the brethren. : )

    Compared to the HPV series of shots, the flu shot is a piece of cake.

      IT always helps to have someone who knows how to give a shot. I get a flu shot every year and they never hurt. My daugher Erin had her HPV shots and didnt have a problem but I've read so many stories about it being the most painful shot ever...but now you're 'one less'!
